Just a few blocks straight down to the shops and restaurants. Not fancy but the rooms were clean and seemed to be updated. Clean and large space for luggage. The tv had many channels and was good con Wi-Fi too.
This family-run inn is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect—close to everything in Morro Bay yet peaceful for a relaxing stay. The beds are so comfortable that I had one of the best nights of sleep I can remember. Hot water was always ready for showers, and the service was absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuine. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-cared-for place with a personal touch, Coastal Breeze Inn is the spot. Highly recommend!
Very nice cozy hotel, clean very comfortable. Owners are very customer oriented always making sure that we are comfortable and if there was anything we needed. Ross one of the owners and is the man he will get you whatever you need. Reasonable rates view of moral rock right outside your door. I can't say enough about this hotel. Coffee maker in your room clean towels clean sheets plenty of pillows, we will definitely be frequenting this hotel within Morro Bay.
Check in was quick and easy, staff friendly and helpful.Rate reasonable, room larger than average, clean.Bathoom average size with shower,water pressure good, hvac worked well,location is good, restaurant across the street. I would stay again.

We booked a room with 3 beds but got an Appartement! Super clean. Rasheed, the manager, was very friendly and provided good information regarding the town, food, etc. Only downside is the location directly at the main road. A bit noisy. In total, we had a great stay!
